My cable provider is Armstrong Cable Services - near Pittsburgh, PA - they do provide the cable box (they use Pace 775, 778 & 787's - as well as Motorola DCT's of various varieties).

I have an email in to my buddy that works at Armstrong - however - I'm finding most people are totally uninformed when it comes to things like Pronto Hex Codes - me included.
