Thank you for the reply John - I'm emailing with my Pace friend and friend at the Cable company in hopes of getting you what you need.

I know the codes for on/off are:
* HEX 4A (0x4A) for Power On
* HEX 4B (0x4B) for Power Off

However - I suspect that is still not in the format you require. I hope to have the format you need asap. I do know that the same remote that comes with most of the Motorola cable boxes (DCT models) also controls the Pace boxes - if that helps at all.
