My contact person with Pace Technologies - the maker of my cable box had sent me a new discrete code for the cable box that would toggle Closed Captions on/off - which has been a big deal for us at our house.

I sent an email to Harmony support asking for this code to be added to my account so I could program my Harmony 620 with it - and their reply was they need the "Pronto Hex Code" in order to do that.

What is my next stop in obtaining the Pronto Hex Code for the simple discrete code my Pace buddy sent me?

I've never tried to add something to my Harmony account like this and I'm totally stumped.

The discrete code he gave me is: 0x2B and the model of the cable box/dvr is a Pace Aspen 787x.
