I just tried programming an MX-350 with the RNG110. Since it had the new remote, I learned everything in. Just to be on the safe side, I loaded up an MX-850 with the RNG200 codes.
Both remotes (Comcast, MX-850) work the box fine, but I cannot, in any way, get the 350 to learn Exit, page up and down and a few others. After 2 hours of trying EVERY freakin technique (and a few I just made up), I gave up and told the customer I would be back.
Every time Comcast comes out with a new box, I hope that they fix at least a FEW of the many issues. Nope. Not only did they not fix anything - it's worse and makes me look unprofessional. I've just about had it. I wish all the remote companies would get together and form an organization to dictate to the manufacturers on how to build product correctly. (pipe dream, I know).
