If you guys follow my advice above (Let it sit for AT LEAST 30 seconds to a minute after you plug in the USB) it will work every time.
Once I started doing that (After Brett told me the trick) I never had another problem.
I'm not saying it should be that way, or that it doesn't need fixed... just how to make it work.
