There is at least one shop, and I expect more than one, in England that is very active in selling this type of equipment. I am sorry that I don't recall any names, but you can probably find info with Google. You might even find a source in OZ.

Most of the electrical home automation switches and relays sold in North America are for our 110 volt 60 hz electrical systems and I think most of the rest of the world uses 220 volt 50 hz and not with the two phases (that might be the correct word) that we use.
