I've seen the diNovo Mini. It does not appear to control anything other than the computer. Is this not the case? Is it also a programmable IR remote?

I guess I am willing to lower my requirments if I have to. I'll give up mouse control.

That said, this is what I need to control:

PC, Media Center
Sharp SDTV
Yamaha RX-V365 Receiver
Frigidaire Air Conditioner
Comcast Cable Box
Future IR Fan/Light control.

I am almost certain because of the A/C and Fan/Light controls I will need a learning remote.

I saw these, some of them seem to do all that, but they are expensive. Any other ideas?
