You can only use the 32 bit Vista. There are edit drivers for 64 bit.

[Link: remotecentral.com]Note that the TSU7000 used a custom driver vs the HID driver used by the TSU3000. Therefore, Philips would have to provide new drivers for the new 64 bit OS which is not, AFAIK, on the roadmap.
