Are you using ProntoEdit4, Tonto, or TouchScreen Setup? If the last, then there's a special RC5 edit dialog where you enter System and Function for RC5 codes. Then, if you have setup Developer Mode, you can view the IR code data.
Daniel Tonks has published a utility in the files section that sets up this mode. Do a search in this forum for Developer Mode for more info.

In your case, you have a System Code in binary of 00111 which is decimal 7.

Then, for each of the other codes, deduce what is the decimal function number based on the 5 binary digits but they have been nice enough to totally confuse you by providing both decimal, hexadecimal, and binary representations on the same line.

binary 000010 (CD) is decimal 2 or hexadecimal 02h but they list it as 3 (the key).
000100 (Phono) is decimal 4 or hexadecimal 04h but they list it as 5(the key).
etc...
However, what is confusing is that off and on are listed such that the decimal values (the key) 32 and 33 match the binary representation.

mute off and mute are listed as 34 and 35 respectively but the hex representation (2nd number) a value of one higher than the decimal. That is, 34 decimal = 22 hexadecimal.

As a result of this, I cannot guarantee which codes/functions will be on or off by 1 as I'm not sure how 'key' correlates to hexadecimal function number that follows. So, I've generated codes below for what I think you will need.

0007 = System Code and last 4 digits are the function code in hexadecimal. If you don't know how to convert between decimal and hex, use Windows Calculator in scientific mode

5000 0000 0000 0001 0007 0002 - Function 2 (02h)
5000 0000 0000 0001 0007 0003 - Function 3 (03h)
5000 0000 0000 0001 0007 0004 - Function 4 (04h)
5000 0000 0000 0001 0007 0005 - Function 5 (05h)
5000 0000 0000 0001 0007 0019 - Function 25 (19h)
5000 0000 0000 0001 0007 001A - Function 26 (1Ah)

5000 0000 0000 0001 0007 0020 - Function 32 (20h)
5000 0000 0000 0001 0007 0021 - Function 33 (21h)
5000 0000 0000 0001 0007 0022 - Function 34 (22h)
5000 0000 0000 0001 0007 0023 - Function 35 (23h)
5000 0000 0000 0001 0007 0024 - Function 36 (24h)
