I am having problems creating IR codes for a high end piece of equipment. The manufacturer sent me the following information, but i have not had any luck converting it into a .ccf hex format.

start code: 1,1, toggle
system code: 00111
38kHz carrier
(then, a chart, with "function, key, hex, d5 d4 d3 d2 d1 d0" across top)
