The answer is YES. but there are much easier ways to program your MX3000 with any of the IR to Bluetooth converters. If you go with the Logitech harmony Adapter you can download the HEX files that Daniel has provided here and program your MX3000 directly with those. If you decide on a different unit like the Schmartz, ps3toothfairy, etc. they all have HEX files available as well.
