Hi Nicolo,

With the configuration set to stand-alone mode, can I ask you which IP address you were using?
Know that with a stand-alone network you should apply an IP address in the range of 169.254.x.x (if I am not mistaken?) and the subnetmask should be 255.255.0.0 otherwise it will not make any sense.
Did you try a simple check with a WAP in infrastructure mode to verify that the RFX9400 is not broken?
Did you see some LED notifications on the front of the RFX? Are they displaying green leds when in operation?

Did you get the green blinking leds ever blinking at all when flashing IR codes?
Did you try selecting another channel? (make sure the channels of your configuration match with the one configured in your config file).
