Well I just picked up the DTV HR21 and I was not able to find and files on the site for a pronto pro. So, I made my own buttons and used the learn function. Then when I tried to upload it to my computer to save it and use with Pronto Edit 4 I get the subject line prompt. I've never had this problem before and did run a search but don't see anything that applies to my specific problem.
Any ideas or suggestions?
