What kind of universal remote are you using?

If it is anything that can use or import CCF files, and you want to test a lot more codes, get MakeHex plus either IrPanels or Hex2CCF. That will make it MUCH easier to create CCF file for testing a lot of signals.

I mean, there hast to be a direct Input selection, or are I am hunting a ghost?

I'm just an expert on the IR signal structure and some of the tools. I know less than most of the other regulars here about which models of which brands are likely to include which kinds of Discrete codes.
