I have att uverse with a Cisco ipn 4320 tuner /dvr and would like to use philips sru8010. Cannot find IR device code to use in phillips. Have tried to use learning device code to no avail.
When using att supplied remote it turns on tv , seems tuner is always on. Is there one code for the tuner function , and another code for the dvr functions?
Have called Philips help line, but no resolution, as this device is not on their list.
Have used att uverse, live support, and they were no help and recommended using their supplied remote only.
i feeling there is something really simple i am not understanding. i have been using philips for 2 years with all my other components , have had no trouble learning and finding device codes and functions, but this one has me stumped.
