I actually designed a setup very similar to the one listed above for a customer who did not want his kids operating his system so I put a 5 digit lock code set up to get to the activity menu. A month later the customer had me take it off because the remote was always dead from the kids trying to crack the code. I didn't have the heart to tell him there isn't a programmable translation for a good old kick in the pants that he needed. =)
