To generate those, I used the MakeHex program with pioneer2.irp. I set Device=163.175 and Define P=193 and then I ran it with the -H option and selected function A0 and A1 from the results.

I had translated the bytes, A3, C1, and AF from what you posted from hex to decimal 163, 193 and 175 to get the values I used in Device and Define P
