Even though it says WD72625 (typo and should have been WD62725), it should work for your model. The numbered buttons are the function codes. The named buttons are renamed copies of the numbered buttons.

Note that the newer HDMI input discrete functions do not show up on named pages in my CCF. However, that's OK as you can try the numbered buttons s to figure out which ones you need if the list above does not contain them. Once you figure out the correct function, simply copy the button as needed and rename.
