Focusing on the weather module directly, make sure that you add the exact characters in the text boxes, no extra spaces or returns.
I have had an issue with some routers not allowing WAN access while still allowing LAN communications. Try these two steps separately, and see what happens:
Step 1: if you're using WEP, turn it OFF, and set your WiFi as open, no security. (Do that at your own risk). Match up the settings in your config file, and resend to the TSU.
Step 2: if step 1 makes no difference, log in to your router and change the WiFi broadcast from mixed mode to "g only".
