Hey programmer,

Shame to hear you're not very fond of these babies. They make a lot of money if you can make them shine, although with the way the economy is now, a lot of people can't even give stuff away.

Are you Level 2 certified yet? If so, there are multiple preconfigured Prontoscripts available specifically for HAI. HAI even has some posted on their website. Not sure whether they're the same though.

The best way to learn these things is to dive in and play with them.

You can still do this with PEP 2:

I need to know how to really lay out a good system not just make it work. I
know in the old remotes I would make a screen just for codes, add jump
screens but I am a little lost if you do the same things here.

You might start with PEP 1, if you haven't really used it before, other than just with the basic functions. Learn some of the more in depth stuff on PEP 1, and then move back to PEP 2. Look and feel of PEP 2 is a lot different, but picking up the changes is pretty quick.
And buyer beware of a man who chooses to be judged by numbers and salary, with no regard for character or integrity. Peter Gammons, ESPN
