In the end game the problem is Microsofts. The OS must protect itself and work properly all the time.

I will permit them (MS) one out. If the device causing the problem has its own driver that was loaded by the machine owner and that driver was not MS certified then . . .

Even in that case I still put blame on MS for allowing such a hole to exist in the OS
