I have both, and the 9600 with a fireball is much much better. I have an HTPC with nevoserver on it and a fireball as well. The Pronto has a much better interface, is faster, has a long battery life, and connects in three seconds or less. My nevo and nevomedia/server/player are cool, but the interface is a bit clunky and slow, and requires refreshing from time to time. The 9600/fireball realtionship is much more solid.

I have not received my wifi receiver for the 9600 yet but the interface with the fireball is wifi and it is fast.
