Angel,

I assume the following based on your response. The TSU9600 is configured for Standalone, and not Network mode.

1. Is the RFX9400 also configured for Standalone mode?

2. Is the RFX9400 configured to use both the same Channel ID and Extender ID as those that you have set in the config file's system properties?

That is, you set the Channel ID to either 1, 2, or 3 in the System Properties and then on the Extenders tab, you choose a value 0-F which is the hexadecimal representation of 0-15. Does your RFX9400 match what you have set for both of these? Do you have the switch on the back of the RFX9400 set for 'Standalone' mode?

3. The RFX9400 is not an IR Blaster like previous extenders, therefore, you must use the IR emitters supplied with the extender to transmit IR. Are you using the emitters?

4. If you've successfully verified all the above, have you tried changing the output level for the emitters using the DIP switches from normal to low?
