That certainly doesn't sound right Dave. The device which contains the actual IR code is the one which governs how the signal is sent from the remote. The fact that you are linking to said IR code from another device is irrelevant. If you'd like a second opinion regarding the configration file I'd be happy to take a look at it with you. There's got to be something going on. Perhaps a fresh pair of eyes might help. :-P
