Marc,
The pronto cable is nothing but a mono adapter cable. Therefore, you can put a Y cable adapter on it. However, I don't recommend running 4 emitters on a single cable. A Mono Y adapter cable is available from any Radio Shack. If you can't find exactly what you need, you can build it.
