I am attempting to setup my TSU9600 using the Wifi - everything works perfect except ---

The Sony TV -

I thought I had used the Control S input on the back of other Sony equipment to hard wire an IR input. Is this correct, if so, does anyone have any ideas why it is not working. The RFX-9400 does show activity when a TV command is sent.

I have tried the normal and low IR output settings on the RFX-9400.

All functions work perfectly when using the IR directly to the TV. The only thing I have been disappointed with on the TSU9600 is the vertical IR angle. I have to hold the unit almost FLAT in order for it to work with my TV - this is the only reason I am trying to use the Wifi with the TV.
