How about a delay between the 3s? Like:
Dish Ir 3
Delay .2
Dish Ir 3

Did you mess with that yet? extend the delay until you get 2 codes.

Sorry... I haven't really transfered to the 9600... I just looked around the forum and it seems lots of people have issues with the macros.
