I just received my 9600 and are having the same problem with mine (error c5, HID not found). I have noticed that no further threads were posted, therefore, I am assuming that you were lucky enough to have resolved the issue. Can you please let me know how you got your unit to work? I hope it wasn't by exchanging it!
