It seems like you have network issues! You must configure the RFX9600 with your programming computer: use the cross cable to establish communication. If need it, verify that your computer optain IP address from DHCP. Change the IP address to one that is compatible with your gateway. Place it on the network and type the new IP address on your browser. You should be able to see the RFX9600 set up page. If that is correct, verify that the TSU9600 and all the components are in the same network!
