When I got my 9600 I had the same exact problem, I thought I was crazy.... The surround processor, DVD would turn on but not the lights & projector. I'd go back re-program the file and then another combination of things wouldn't turn on (or off) within the macro. I didn't post anything because of the variation of the problem and I didn't know how to word the post so someone would understand what I was saying, I thought it was just me. I played around with it for about 5-6 hours deleting and starting over from scratch many, many, many times... Finally and I don't know how, I got all the macros to work??? Very frustrating...
