"Work around" You will need a couple of prontos then you can set 1 to output IR then the other to learn the 2nd one will capture the HEX and display it for copying to another program. How ever usually if the device is not in the software of the remote that you are trying to program they are around somewhere Niles, Crestron, URC, etc one of those as an example is bound to have the codes it just might take a little reading and searching. Is this for a NEVO and if so what codes are you missing.
