My 4 year old son spilled a small amount of pepsi on my remote, on the left hand side near the page buttons.

I quickly tried to wipe it and thought I got it clean, but about an hour after it happened the pages just started randomly flipping and wont stop.

I turned off the remote ad left it screen down overnight and most of today hoping the pepsi would dry and a miracle would happen. Sadly it did not and the problem persists.

I am in Ottawa Canada and I was wondering if anyone has had his problem before or how I can go about getting it fixed?

I pre ordered the remote a while ago through the US so I am sure my warranty is void here and I have no clue where to take the remote to be fixed. Any suggestions would be greatly apreciated.
