I was hoping to get some help / suggestions on the setup of the 9600 and the rfx9400 and a fp-1 for a customer of mine. Here's the scenario :

9600 AND THE RFX WORK PERFECTLY IN STANDALONE MODE. I ADDED THE FP-1 ( HARDWIRED TO HIS ROUTER AND WORKING FINE) AND THEN CONFIGURED THE 9400 INTO NETWORK MODE AS WELL AS THE PRONTO. CONFIGURED THE PRONTO TO THE ESCIENT. HERES WHERE THE PROBLEMS START. NOW THE PRONTO READS "CONNECTING" IN THE TOP RIGHT CORNER AND WHEN I PRESS AN ICON I GET "COMMAND FAILED ". WHEN I SET THE RFX AND PRONTO BACK TO STANDALONE, EVERYTHING IS FINE AGAIN.

After reading through all the posts concerning 9400/escients, I realized I hadn't updated the firmware when comfiguring the 9400. Would this be it, or do I need to do more setup on the customers Router to make this work? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
