Lowpro: One place I can order from doesn't seem to have the Lamplinc 2000sc but they have the Lamplinc V2 2 pin and 3 pin which should also work (I guess) and is more expensive. I can order the exact items you listed but from the U.S.
InsteOn has a controller (ControLinc 2430) similar to the one you listed but I'm not sure it would work the same. I'll decide what's best before ordering.
Many questions still I guess.
