More examination tells me that the "Guide" is a mockup. One screen is missing, and the one that is there is in landscape mode - prolly from the 9600. I think the stylus reference doesn't apply to this remote. (Edit) -- I was wrong - there is a stylus - stored in the back of the remote.

Also, the docking station on the "manual" is not at all like the real one.
