Tried the re-dock and reset numerous times and have never managed to download without disabling the HID for my wireless Keyboard and mouse. Fortunately I have a spare wired mouse that I can use but the process is a little frustrating.
I presume that there is some conflict between the Pronto and the keyboard/mouse arrangement
