Does anyone know of a permanent way to resolve the "C5' HID not found" error that sometimes occurs preventing download to the remote.

In notice from the posts that a number of users have experience this problem

I get this each time I try to download and the only way to resolve it is to go the control panel: system setting and disable one of the HID settings. Unfortunately for me the one that need disabling is the one that controls my keyboard and mouse thus causing me a fairly major inconvenience.
