Not sure why but this morning none of the macros, etc. worked. They visually did what they should but no go.. So, turned it off via the on/off switch on the back. Turned back on and it has been stuck on the screen with
Pronto PHILIPS
PLEASE WAIT
for well over 5 minutes now..
Anyone know how to do a hard reset?
