The TSU9600 and 9400 both have pre-written 2 way interfaces for Lutron's Radio RA RF based lighting control system (which is easily retrofitted) and will give control of the lighting and the feedback that you are asking for. The pronto system supports 2 way RS232 communications with other lighting systems through pronto script which can be written for any system using 2 way RS232 for control and feedback.
