How is your extender configured in System Properties (Serial
or Non-Serial). Is the Extender also configured in the
Device Properties? Same extender? Are these RS-232 codes
or IR codes?

thanks for your kind reply.

I have tried all the tips of the spreadsheet but none seems to solve the problem.
I confirm that the extender is configured in System Properties and also in Device Properties as Same Extender #.

It doesn't work with IR, RS232, Relay, etc.
None of the commands are working.
I believe it's a hardware issue.
I will call Philips assistance.
