I must be right on your heels Don, because i am about to purchase a Pronto with the RFX9600 and i was very curious about how i could use the rs232 for this. I am EXTREMELY new to this, but hopefully with my little bit of programming background and some good searching technics i will be able to find all the info that i need.

Just on a side note, do you know of any good "beginner" tutorials for RS232 control of devices?
