Find MSXML4.dll on your hard drive. Open a command prompt
to that directory and enter the following:
regsvr32 MSXML4.dll
To reregister.
There were also some issues earlier for some using LargeFonts
settings or something like that. Something about the
software only liking 96dpi. This could have some affect
as a different character set other than 'Symbol' might
be selected for large fonts.
Re-registering didn't solve the problem.
DPI setting was already set to 96
