Hi

My TSU9600 has died. Its completely dead, when placed on the cradle it remains dead and the red charging LED does not come on. The white LED is lit though which would suggest that the cradle and PSU is OK.

Does anyone have any suggestions or should I send it in for repair (Its out of warranty :-(). Does anyone have any experience of the Philips repair process and costs?

Trying to console myself that I might now have a good looking door stop!

Thanks in advance.

Barney
