I have no errors other than a lop-sided button push which doesn't register, which is just part of the mechanical make-up of the remote. Whenever I press the button correctly, the remote works properly.

So, I'm considering it to be "fixed", and am using it daily now and getting more and more used to the button layout, and therefore I'm confident that even my errant button presses will decrease proportionately.

Whew! I was worried that they wouldn't be able to get this one fixed!
