1. Unlike the MX-950 the MX-3000 requires a button press to wakeup before it will execute a command. Is there a way to change this to execute the command and wakeup the remote at the same time?
2. Is there a way to adjust the button selection speed? Our remote requires you to wait a second before the button can be reselected (we are using the default 3-repeats).
3. Favorite channel selection - our demo MX-950 works flawlessly, but not the case with the MX-3000. On many occasions it seems to miss first number in the macro. This seams to be only an issue with the Inspire template we are using.
Our remote is using the latest update and we have tried multiple files. The demo system is setup with a MRF-300, so I wonder if the favorite channel issue could be an RF issue. Shouldn't the MX-950 and MX-3000 be comparable in there RF capabilities.
