Can you post your O/S version/date? It's found by holding down the main hard button for a few seconds and then hitting the system button. I'd like to know if we have the same O/S which could conceivably be the source of the problem and I believe can be updated if the remote is sent back to URC. Also please post your firmware version just for the sake of comparison. It should be the same as what I've posted above if you have the latest version of the editor software. When I hear back from you I will contact URC to see if they can shed any light on this problem we're having.
