Dave E/SJHart,

I'm having the same problems of pushing a button and having it not send a command or having it send the command two or three seconds later as I stated earlier in this thread. I've had this problem forever and have never found a solution. I just live with it.

Could each of you post the O/S version and the hardware version/manufacture date (found on the little paper label in the battery compartment) of your problem MX-3000's? My MX-3000 has a O/S version of 4.10.908.10N (10/05/04) and has a hardware version of 8.8 (manufacture date of 12/24/04). My firmware version, which I believe should be current as I have the latest version of the editor, is 2.23.5.60627. If the O/S is the culprit it can be updated, I believe, by sending the unit back to URC. If it's the hardware then I suppose we're out of luck.

Bob
