I Actually have the same probelm with the Scientific Atl boxes. I cannot get them to learn into the MX350. I can learn the codes into any of the PC programmable remotes, then learn the code into the MX350. I usually only use the MX350 on simple systems such as TV, DVD, and Cable Box.

For future reference, the time you will spend programming up the MX350 can be savedd if you moved to a MX900. It is only a little more, but it is much easier to program, and customize. You will save time doing the 900.
