The Universal Browser doesn't work with MXD files (don't know why). The only way to use that file is to open it up as a new device in MX-700/800/850 Editor, and then re-save it as an MXF file which MX-3000 Editor *can* work with.
Since I don't know if you have that software I've done this for you and emailed the results.
