You can do a punch through just on the off.
But sometimes you don't want to.
I have a TOAD (Toshiba A1), so on its Page, the OFF button just turns it off and returns to the main page. If OFF were punched through, then if the A1 was off, the OFF command would turn it on.
!@#$ you Toshiba. Why didn't you do discretes?
